(May 28, 2009) – Kansas City, MO based LANE4 Property Group, Inc. announced today that principals of the firm and several local investors have concluded the purchase of three of Kansas City’s most iconic shopping centers: Prairie Village and Corinth Square Shopping Centers in Prairie Village Kansas, and the Fairway Shopping Center in Fairway, Kansas. The seller was Highwoods Properties, a public REIT based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
