LANE4 Property Group is pleased to welcome its new Investment Director, Michael Berenbom. This is a new position at the firm. Berenbom comes to LANE4 from Lincoln Property Company in Chicago where he most recently served in the Advisory Group as Vice President of Asset Management. In that role, he was responsible for the management of a national portfolio of Class A commercial properties valued at more than $800 million. During his seven years at Lincoln, he was involved in the acquisition, financing, and disposition of commercial real estate properties across all sectors of the industry nationwide.
The Kansas City Business Journal has honored two LANE4 projects as a part of their Eighth Annual Capstone Awards; 39Rainbow in the Mixed-Use Development category, and the Corinth Square Re-development project in the Retail category. The Capstone Awards celebrate the best new real estate projects in the KC metro each year, and will be celebrated at a luncheon in mid-April. The projects will be highlighted in the April 12 edition of the Business Journal.
