Career Summary

Helen Lindquist brings over 20 years of property management experience to LANE4. Beginning her career at Kessinger Hunter, Helen started as a lease coordinator and swiftly moved up the ranks until she became the Director of Property Management where she was responsible for the management and oversight of over 8 million square feet of property. One of Helen’s more noteworthy assignments included the management of Crown Center, one of Kansas City’s most iconic destinations, encompassing millions of square feet of office, retail, hotel and special use event space. In her time with Crown Center, Helen saw the property through periods of incredible growth and successfully managed the property through on-going construction and development projects. Subsequent to her time at Kessinger Hunter, Helen was a Property Manager for Copaken Brooks, managing a portfolio of over 2 million square feet of commercial property, including a collection of medical office buildings for a prominent optical practice throughout the metro.

With her depth of management experience, Helen is a knowledgeable resource for LANE4’s management team. She is particularly well-versed in managing commercial properties while undergoing construction projects and has a gift for managing tenant relations throughout what can be difficult circumstances. Helen’s big-picture, results-focused approach to management keeps her properties running smoothly, efficiently and profitably for her clients. Her current portfolio contains both third-party and internal assets including, 40Broadway, Northwood Shopping Center, Salina Square and Southwest Plaza among others. Helen also supports the entire property management team with her extensive knowledge and experience.
