Career Summary

In 2009, Hunter joined LANE4 Property Group as Director of Development. As a result of his success, he was promoted to Vice President of Development & Acquisitions in 2013, where he is responsible for procuring and managing real estate development opportunities. He became a partner in the firm in 2014.

Hunter oversees all facets of the LANE4’s development projects. He has a wide breadth of experience in the financial analysis of real estate development and the procurement of leverage and equity on real estate developments. In addition, his depth of experience in the real estate industry including design and project planning, pre-construction activities and construction management allows him to streamline and enhance the entire development process.

Hunter has completed many projects with complicated incentive structures via successful public private partnerships including Tax Increment Financing, Community Improvement Districts and New Markets Tax Credits. His integral strategy of creating win/win partnerships has made LANE4 highly sought after by many clients for complex projects utilizing incentives for financing.

Hunter presently oversees build-to-suit programs, renovations and re-positioning of shopping centers and various development opportunities, including retail, hospitality, senior living and mixed-use projects. In addition, Hunter and LANE4 have completed many value add renovations to multi-family communities.
