LANE4 Property Group announced today that the company will expand its development and brokerage operations to include property management services. LANE4 has selected Gwen Locher to serve as Director of Property Management for the new division. The company’s initial management portfolio will include ten retail, medical office and Government Services Administration (GSA) properties totaling over one million square feet.
