LANE4’s Gwendolyn Locher, Director of Property Management, was named as Real Estate Forum’s Most Influential Women in Real Estate in 2009. In 2008, Locher left a property management position with CB Richard Ellis to establish and manage LANE4 Property Group’s new management department, LANE4 Management Inc. She has since grown the subsidiary from two employees and an initial management portfolio of four properties to a staff of 19 people, managing more than two million square feet of retail, office, medical and GSA assignments. This year, the International Council of Shopping Centers recognized Locher as a Certified Shopping Center Manager. She is on her way to earning the Real Property Manager designation awarded by the Building Owners and Managers Association in 2010. At LANE4, she took on a leadership position on the new business strategy team, where she advises the firm’s principal investors and other department managers.
