39Rainbow, a mixed-use development near the University of Kansas Medical Center campus, revealed two eateries that will be among tenants added in its first phase.The $39 million Kansas City, Kan., project, which the Kansas City Business Journal revealed last week, will include Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Yogurtopia, a self-serve frozen yogurt shop. Several other retailers and restaurants will be announced later, developer Lane4 Property Group Inc. said in a release.
