Partners of LANE4 Property Group, a Kansas City, Mo. based commercial real estate firm, along with other investors recently acquired the I-70 Business Center in Lawrence, Kansas.
The property is located at the newly enhanced I-70 East Lawrence interchange, at 1025 N. Third St. The 95,000 square foot center was originally built in 1993 as a retail outlet, but has been successfully repositioned in the past few years as a corporate office center. The center is currently 90 percent occupied-the highest since its conversion.
