LANE4 was honored to receive two Capstone Awards from the Kansas City Business Journal this year. 39Rainbow was recognized in the Mixed-Use category, and the renovation of The Village in Prairie Village in the Retail category. The Capstone Awards celebrate the best real estate projects in the KC metro each year, and this year was no exception. The KCBJ awarded a record 32 projects for the superior performance, and the marks each project made on our community.
