The children of Bo Lings’ founders are debuting a new Asian-inspired fast-casual concept that gives patrons a plethora of customizable options.

Ni Hao Fresh is slated to open in early December at 6029 Metcalf Ave. inside an approximately 2,500-square-foot space at Mission Crossing shopping center in Mission. The restaurant’s staples will include build-your-own stir-fry, poké bowls and an unlimited toppings bar featuring crispy wontons, spicy kimchi, pickled ginger and seaweed salad, to name a few.

Siblings Raymond and Rebecca Ng, along with her husband, James Clark, and longtime family friend Edward Mitchell are launching Ni Hao Fresh and plan to open additional locations in the near future.

“We wanted to appeal to customers looking for a quicker, more casual dining concept,” Mitchell said in a release. “The fast-casual style allows us to keep our menu affordable while still using the highest-quality fresh ingredients. Plus, we love the ability to grow a concept that doesn’t use any artificial ingredients or preservatives that are found in so many Asian restaurants.”
