KANSAS CITY, Mo. — LANE4 Property Group will break ground on a three-building industrial project with eight pad sites at U.S. Highway 69 and Liberty Parkway.
The 68-acre spec development will start within a month and deliver the first of the three buildings in late 2020. The project, called Liberty Logistics Center, is near Ford Motor Co.'s Kansas City Assembly Plant.
The three buildings will serve commercial manufacturing and distribution operations. The first building will be 741,000 square feet and offer 36-foot ceilings and as many as 146 dock doors. The other two buildings will be 80,000 and 132,000 square feet, both with 32-foot ceilings.
