KANSAS CITY, Mo. – August 17, 2020 marks a significant milestone for the 68 AC Liberty Logistics Park as the largest warehouse will begin vertical construction. Once completed by the end of 2020, the 710,000 SF building will offer 36-foot ceilings and up to 146 dock doors.

The park’s two additional buildings, one 80,000 SF and the second 150,000 SF, both with 32-foot ceilings, will be built based on market demand. Suited for retailers, eight pad sites ranging from .57 to 1.77 AC are arranged on the perimeter of the Logistics Park in an area designated as Liberty Parkway Plaza.
