As one of the most prominent in-fill locations in the greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, 39Rainbow is a mixed use project with an urban design strategically located to take advantage of the density and demand of The University of Kansas Hospital, Medical Center, and surrounding population.
Phase I of the project features first floor retail and an 83-room hotel, catering to the previously untapped commercial potential of one of the region’s largest and fastest-growing medical campuses.
Phase II of 39Rainbow delivers acute and post-acute rehab services in one convenient space by housing both the University of Kansas Acute Rehab Unit and an independently owned and operated skilled nursing facility. It provides state-of-the-art facilities and equipment while capturing substantial demand for follow-up rehab care from The University of Kansas Hospital.
