As the third-party developer, LANE4 collaborated with Central Bank to realize its long-term vision of expansion into Kansas markets by developing a new branch at 159th St & Ridgeview Rd in Olathe, Kansas. Situated in a rapidly growing suburban area surrounded by residential neighborhoods and essential services, the branch is ideally located to serve the community.
Our development team provided a proactive and transparent approach, assisting with:
- Reviewing qualifications of design team partners
- Financial oversight and budget management
- Managing the design team through all project phases
- Representing Central Bank during construction
- Coordinating owner-furnished items such as IT equipment, security, and furnishings
The new branch showcases high-end finishes, expansive glazed facades, and modernist architectural elements inspired by existing Central Bank locations and the iconic Edith Farnsworth House in Illinois.
Designed with the customer in mind, the branch features multiple in-person and virtual teller stations for efficient service, inviting amenities, two drive-up ATMs, conference rooms, and an integrated covered patio for events and programming.
