A team of investors, comprised of leaders at LANE4 and partnering firms, purchased Kenilworth Apartments in 2017. Purchased in a portfolio which also included The Corinth Collection, the total acquisition represents nearly 73% of the multifamily product in Prairie Village. Kenilworth has long boasted a strong community of residents but was in need of overdue maintenance and updates. The property underwent a substantial renovation process to update the interior and exterior features, including upgraded interior finishes, common area renovations, and a re-branding process to maintain Kenilworth’s position as a valuable asset to the Prairie Village community.

Kenilworth Apartments were built in 1964 and house 246 units. Kenilworth has a reputation in Prairie Village for being a community within a community.
