Developed just before the height of the recession, LANE4 took New Longview from 35% leased to 95% leased in less than 5 years during one of the most challenging economical times in recent history. Situated right off Longview Lake and Metropolitan Community College’s Longview campus, New Longview provides immediate retail, restaurant, and everyday needs to surrounding student and residential population.
LANE4 provided both leasing and property management services for the retail portion of the mixed use center. New Longview has won multiple awards for its design and development, including an Urban Land Institute Development of Distinction award in 2006.
