Northwood

NorthWood sits in the rapidly expanding corridor of 47th Street and Mission Road in Kansas City, KS. Since it's completed redevelopment in 2015, the improvements have not only energized the physical structure of the center, but the overall brand, tenant mix, and surrounding community. Once known as the longtime home of the original Oklahoma Joe’s Bar-B-Que (now Joe’s KC), the 47th Street Corridor has become a hot spot for hip local restaurants and businesses.

The center now represents one of the few opportunities for newly renovated retail space in the area, drawing patrons from Fairway, Westwood, Mission Hills, the University of Kansas Health Systems campus, Westport, and the Plaza area.
