PetSmart Build To Suit

Because of our long-standing relationship and excellent understanding of PetSmart’s needs, LANE4 was selected to build two free-standing facilities for the national retailer in Manhattan and Wichita, KS. Respectively, the Manhattan store was completed in 2014 and joins major retailers Home Depot and Target in the Seth Child and Fort Riley Blvd. corridor. The Wichita store was completed in 2013 in the One Kellogg Place shopping center.
