When we examined the neighborhoods in South Kansas City, it was clear that they were long overdue for a destination where community members could shop, dine, and socialize in close proximity to their homes. Red Bridge Shopping Center, located at the corner of Red Bridge Rd and Holmes Rd, was the clear choice for that destination.
Red Bridge Shopping Center was inspired by the successful transformation of our Corinth Square project. Completed in 2017, the center underwent a massive redevelopment featuring a refined, coastal-inspired architectural flare that preserved and enhanced its existing historic qualities. With a new, vibrant mix of tenants, the Red Bridge Shopping Center is home to almost 100% locally-owned businesses and service providers.
