State Line Shopping Center

LANE4 has provided leasing and property management services for State Line Shopping Center since early 2015. After years of successful leasing and management, LANE4 was selected by the landlord to oversee the $6+ million dollar renovation effort. Capitalizing on the lack of large, freestanding retail space available east of the state line, renovations included an unorthodox measure to separate the former Office Depot from the remainder of the center, complete with a new dedicated parking lot.

Tesla now occupies the 26,000+ SF single tenant space with their showroom and full-service center, making this location the only in the Kansas City Metro. Additionally, a freestanding multi-tenant building was built on-site to accommodate new tenants Panera and Chipotle. The construction project was completed in 2019 and LANE4 continues to provide leasing and management services.
