The Hudson

Located adjacent to the University of Kansas Health System campus, The Hudson will soon become the premier option for the area’s working professionals and students. The new, market-rate community will feature a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom floorplans. Filling a void in Rosedale's housing market

The distinct lack of Class A apartment products in the Rosedale area of Kansas City, KS spurred this project, a joint venture with distinguished multifamily developer Hunt Midwest. Since 2012 LANE4 has completed several projects in the Rosedale neighborhood, including two hotel projects, an urban mixed-use building, and the renovation of several older apartment communities.

The project is designed to pay homage to the area’s local history as well as its dynamic and energetic present. Before being renamed in 1919, Rainbow Boulevard was known as Hudson Road.
