LANE4’s first senior independent living project, The Welstone at Mission Crossing exemplifies a re-imagined senior living concept – a ground-up facility offering attractive, affordable market-rate apartments to seniors.  Desirable in-facility amenities such as dining, recreation, and transportation are included in the base package, and a full range of homemaking and medical services are available on an a la carte basis. The unique style of add-on services allows residents to age in place without paying for additional care until needed.

The Welstone features 101 apartments in various styles of one and two-bedroom units. The building totals 105,000 SF on 3 levels and includes an on-site fitness facility, industrial kitchen, and dining room.
