LANE4 began leasing Twin Creeks in May of 2017. At that time, the 270,000 SF power center located across form an obsolete indoor mall, was experiencing high vacancy. Since LANE4’s involvement, the center was re-branded and ownership has signed leases for approximately 160,000 SF of vacant space to tenants including Ross, Ulta, Petco, Five Below, Furniture Deals, Starbucks, Chipotle, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, and Bath & Body Works.
