Adam Abrams, CCIM

Adam Abrams brings almost 20 years of commercial real estate experience to LANE4, specializing in acquisition opportunities, leasing, site selection, and consulting for medical and office users throughout Kansas City. Adam’s team-player attitude and outside-of-the-box thinking has helped him complete well over 750 transactions, solidifying a reputation as one of the top office brokers in the region.

Among his many notable projects, Adam currently represents HP Village Management with leasing for Kansas City’s mixed-use crown jewel, the Country Club Plaza, spanning over 250,000 sf. Other noteworthy transactions include the repositioning of Executive Centre (now Apex 435), a three-building, 300,000+ sf office park in Overland Park, and a similar repositioning of Park Renaissance, a two-building, 295,000+ sf park, also in Overland Park, KS.

Adam’s list of clients ranges from institutional to local property owners; a few include CA Ventures, Vibrant Health, Sperry Realty, Blue Valley Dermatology, Onward Investors, Price Brothers and Saint Luke’s Hospital.

Before joining LANE4 in 2021, Adam spent 15 years at AREA Real Estate Advisors, most recently serving as Vice President and Director of the Office Division.

Outside of work, Adam is actively involved in CCIM, both in the Kansas City chapter and on a national level. In his free time, Adam enjoys anything outdoors -- water skiing, fishing, hiking, gardening – spending time with his wife, and coaching his twin daughters in various sports.
