Brandon started his career as a Lease Accountant for Washington Prime Group. While at Washington Prime, Brandon was responsible for maintaining a property accounting portfolio of over 200 tenants in six properties throughout Texas and Kansas including general property accounting, new leases, amendments, modifications, renewals, and CAM reconciliations. He also handled tenant sales reporting and external audit reviews.
Brandon joined LANE4 in 2018 as a Staff Accountant. His background with various financial and accounting techniques and experience with client and tenant communication makes him a true asset to the LANE4 team. Together with the rest of the accounting department, Brandon is responsible for maintaining the accounting for all of LANE4 as well as third-party property assignments.
