With a decade of commercial real estate experience, Devin Schuster has an innate understanding of the industry and how to maximize the opportunities within it. Prior to joining LANE4, Devin began his career with Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2009 as Vice President where he secured over $100 million in transactions across more than 35 states. He has represented local, regional and national companies in their expansion efforts including CVS, Diamonds Direct, Financial Engines, Jack in the Box/Qdoba, LA Fitness, Snooze AM Eatery, and Royal Bank of CA, and executed project leasing for assets of all types.
Since joining LANE4 in 2014, Devin has focused his talents on identifying, acquiring and managing new investments for both internal and external ownership groups. He has found a particular propensity for creating value-add opportunities on his projects through redevelopment, rebranding and creative financing solutions. By creating strategic partnerships and thoughtful deal structures, Devin has been responsible for some of LANE4’s most successful projects to date. His portfolio includes retail shopping centers, office centers, multifamily communities, and mixed-use properties, and ranges from new, ground-up development projects to the disposition of stabilized investments.
