Jason has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, bringing vast, invaluable accounting expertise to LANE4’s Management Team. Throughout his career, Jason has worked at several well-respected industry related companies within Kansas City including Copaken Brooks, Overland Property Group and Yarco. Jason most recently spent time at Cushman Wakefield as a Senior Client Accountant where he performed all daily property accounting duties while overseeing a team with a variety of accounting functions.
Jason joined LANE4 in 2022 as Senior Accounting Manager, then transitioned to Controller several months later. With his knowledge of investment financing and real estate tax, Jason oversees investor distributions, deal analysis, banking administration, and full cycle accounting systems. In both internal corporate accounting and third-party accounting assignments, Jason streamlines LANE4’s systems and efforts, resulting in complete, precise, and intelligent accounting services for all clients and properties.
Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City CCIM Chapter with direct involvement in professional education and business development.
