Director of Design and Construction

Jennifer Gerlach joined LANE4 in 2019, bringing over a decade of professional design, engineering, and construction experience to the development team. With a wide breadth of successful project experience, her expertise adds considerable value to multiple facets of the company.

Beginning her career in Dallas, Jennifer worked for CCRD Partners designing and supervising MEP building systems for healthcare projects. As a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer with Blum Consulting Engineers, she managed in-house design teams and engineered MEP building systems for a diverse set of projects. Prior to LANE4, Jennifer served in MEP Preconstruction for McCarthy Building Companies.

As Director of Design and Construction, Jennifer manages a full portfolio of LANE4’s current development and redevelopment projects, as well as supporting construction related activities at existing properties. She plays an active role in identifying and securing new business for the development team, including construction management assignments and owner’s representative services.

Her portfolio of major projects span the Midwest region, including hospitality, healthcare, civic, industrial, residential, and class-A office developments. Some of her most noteworthy projects include Liberty Logistics Center, a 710,000 sf industrial building, Olathe Library, a 47,000 sf state-of-the-art public library, and two 134-unit independent Novel Place Senior Living communities.
