Project Manager

Jennifer Gerlach joined LANE4 in 2019, bringing over a decade of professional design and construction experience to the development team. She’s held positions ranging from Mechanical Engineer to Design and Construction Project Manager. With a wide breadth of successful project experience, her expertise adds considerable value to multiple facets of the company.
Beginning her career in Dallas, Jennifer worked for CCRD Partners designing and supervising MEP building systems for healthcare projects. As a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer with Blum Consulting Engineers, she managed in-house design teams and engineered MEP building systems for a diverse set of projects. Most recently, Jennifer served as MEP Preconstruction for McCarthy Building Companies.
Her portfolio of major projects spans the Midwest region, including several hospitality, healthcare, residential, entertainment, and class-A office developments. Some of her most noteworthy projects include a new 285,000 sf public high school in Omaha, NE; the 66,000 sf Merriam Community Center in Merriam, KS and the Johnson County Medical Examiner’s Office in Johnson County, KS.
In her role at LANE4, Jennifer manages a full portfolio of LANE4’s current development and redevelopment projects, as well as supporting construction related activities at existing properties.
