Emily joined LANE4 in 2023 as Assistant Property Manager where she collaborates closely with Property Managers to ensure satisfaction of tenants, clients, and property owners for over 840,000 sf of LANE4 properties and third-party assignments.
Before transitioning to the commercial real estate industry, Emily dedicated four years to the Olathe Public School District as a Certified Special Education Teacher. Her background as an educator highlights her exceptional interpersonal skills, which she has seamlessly transitioned into her role at LANE4. She possesses a unique talent for nurturing and establishing strong tenant and client relationships, making her an invaluable asset to the management team.
Emily’s influence extends to each property where she orchestrates open lines of communication between tenants, contractors, and building engineers. This collaboration enhances the daily operations of each asset, ensuring a seamless and efficient environment.
