Lisa started her real estate career as an appraiser and relocation specialist, later transitioning into commercial property management for Corporate Woods, one of the largest and most premier office parks in the Midwest. As part of the management and corporate leasing team, Lisa was accountable for over two million square feet of office and retail properties.
Lisa joined LANE4 Property Group in 2010 managing landmark properties including Corinth Square, Prairie Village Shops, and The Shops at Fairway. In her time at LANE4, Lisa managed much of the company’s portfolio including: Red Bridge Shopping Center, State Line Shopping Center and several others, notably, LANE4’s 39Rainbow Project. 39Rainbow is a true vertical mixed-use development in Kansas City, KS, whose tenants include The University of Kansas Hospital, an 83-room Holiday Inn, and 25,000 sf of restaurants, retail, and additional medical users.
As Executive Vice President, Lisa oversees the entire LANE4 management process by utilizing a highly responsive and detail-oriented approach. She supports every facet of the management team, working closely with the property managers and accounting staff to implement efficient, successful management systems. As a Certified Property Manager with extensive industry experience, Lisa offers a full range of professional real estate management services. Above all, her ability to provide quality service to tenants, owners and asset managers makes her a vital leader at LANE4.
