Property Manager
Liz Johnson brings over 15 years of property management experience to the LANE4 team. She began her career with Realty Asset Management, Inc. and later spent over ten years with The Tienhan Group managing over 40 residential communities. Liz handled the day-to-day operations of the portfolio including preparing operating budgets, managing capital expenditures, and overseeing on-site projects. Her background in residential community management lead to an in-depth understanding of the value and importance in sustaining positive relationships between tenants, ownership groups and neighboring communities.
As Property Manager, Liz works across various channels daily to ensure tenant, client and owner satisfaction for over 500,000 square feet of LANE4’s portfolio. She serves as the lead contact for tenants and vendors on multiple LANE4 management assignments, while also serving as the primary contacts for ownership groups for both in-house and third-party assignments. With her depth of management experience, Liz brings value to each of her properties by facilitating open communication between all parties to consistently improve the operations and functionality of each account.
Her current portfolio includes both third-party and internal assets including Allied National Building, 95Metcalf, Cedar Tree Shopping Center, State Line Shopping Center, The Hartley Building and Trinity Woods.
