Liz Johnson brings almost 20 years of property management experience to the LANE4 team. With a strong background in residential community management, Liz has an in-depth understanding of the importance of creating and sustaining positive relationships between tenants and ownership groups.
Liz’s current management portfolio spans over 560,000 SF including neighborhood retail centers, office buildings, and outparcel land sites. With open communication between asset managers, tenants, and vendors and a proactive management style, Liz brings value to each of her properties to consistently improve operations. Liz recently oversaw a $1.2 million renovation of the Allied National office building in Overland Park including a new roof, window work, exterior painting, and parking upgrades.
Liz began her career with Realty Asset Management, Inc. and later spent over fifteen years with The Tiehen Group, managing over 40 residential communities before joining LANE4 in 2018.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys gardening and all water activities - boating, skiing, and swimming. Having spent her summers in Ontario, Canada, she developed a deep love for being on the water at a young age.
