Megan joined LANE4 in 2023, leveraging over two decades of extensive accounting, finance and management experience in various industries including construction, banking, civic, and commercial real estate. With a wide range of industry experience Megan has developed an eye for effective analytical and organizational skills, consistently playing a vital role within her respected accounting team.
In 2020, Megan shifted her accounting focus towards commercial real estate and development at the well-respected NorthPoint Development as a Real Estate Tax Specialist. At NorthPoint, she diligently completed regular accounting functions and tracked tax incentives, and reviewed tax bills and assessment notices for over 1,800 tax parcels spanning 26 states.
As Staff Accountant, Megan is responsible for daily property accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and preparation of financial statements for over 410,000 SF of office and retail properties across Kansas City.
