About Mike

With almost 2 decades of commercial real estate experience, Mike is recognized as a leading office broker in the Kansas City area. Mike focuses on landlord representation, acquisitions, dispositions, tenant representation, financial analysis, consulting, and investment opportunities. Through building long-term, sustainable relationships with clients, Mike has been involved in over 750 transactions representing office, medical and retail space.

Several of Mike’s notable projects include build-to-suits for Freightquote (200,000 SF), TEVA Neurosciences (154,000 SF) and Dairy Farmers of America (100,000+ SF). Additionally, Mike currently represents HP Village Management with leasing for Kansas City’s premiere mixed-use destination, the Country Club Plaza, spanning over 250,000 SF.

A few of Mike’s current clients include: Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance, First National Bank of Kansas, Sunlighten, Elevance Health, Kimley Horn, Essense of Australia, MedDevelopment and Price Brothers.

Before joining LANE4 in 2021, Mike was with AREA Real Estate Advisors in the Office Division.

In his free time, Mike enjoys being outdoors including hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, and playing pickleball with his kids.
