Spencer currently focuses his efforts on tenant representation and project leasing for retail and office users throughout Kansas City. Along with his own clients, Spencer works closely with LANE4’s senior brokerage team assisting in large scale projects, including a 65,000 SF medical office development on AdventHealth’s Lenexa City Center campus.
Spencer began his career in commercial real estate following graduation from the University of Arkansas in 2023. During his time in Arkansas, Spencer worked as a Retail & Office Broker Assistant at CBRE (Fayetteville) for two years, then as an intern at LANE4. His dedication, eagerness to learn, and passion for the field quickly became evident during his time at LANE4, where he has since become an asset to the brokerage team.
Spencer was born and raised in Shawnee, and was a recipient of the Frank Fontana Award, a prestigious award in the Kansas City sports community. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys keeping up with Razorback football, watching the Chiefs and spending time with friends and family.
