Property Accountant
Susan Dexter brings over 14 years of commercial real estate accounting experience to the LANE4 Management Team. Throughout her career, Susan has worked at several well-respected Kansas City commercial real estate companies including MD Management, NAI Heartland, and most recently, Axiom Commercial. Susan joined LANE4 in 2022 as a Property Accountant and is an integral asset within the Accounting Team’s daily accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and preparation of financial statements.
Throughout her time as an accountant, Susan has proven to be well-versed in providing accurate and intelligent daily property accounting duties.
