Property Manager
Valerie Lopez joined LANE4 in 2022 as Property Manager, bringing over a decade of real estate experience to our Management Team. Throughout her career, she’s held positions ranging from Property Management Consultant to Site Manager. Valerie most recently spent time as a Property Manager at a small firm where she managed over 700,000 SF portfolio of office, industrial, flex, retail, and mixed-use properties. Valerie was responsible for overseeing daily operations including maintaining and enforcing lease agreements, monthly financial reporting, and coordinating tenant improvement projects. She further developed and maintained income expenses, curated tenant relations, and completed annual budgets and CAM reconciliations.
With a wide breadth of industry experience, Valerie has proven strong organizational, analytical and follow through capabilities. As Property Manager at LANE4, Valerie ensures her portfolio functions effectively and efficiently by regularly collaborating with contractors, architects, and building engineers. Her strong interpersonal communication skills set her apart when managing vendors, tenants, and clients, and her forward-thinking personality allows her to quickly identify corrective measures.
