As the Field Operations Manager, Vernon provides onsite protection and building management expertise for a portfolio of LANE4 properties. Being onsite daily, he leads building operations and safety protocols with vendors, tenants, and patrons. With over 30 years of safety and public service experience, he is an indispensable asset to our property management team as the main point of contact at a variety of retail, mixed use, and office properties throughout the metro.
Throughout his career, Vernon spent time as a reserve police officer, a school district officer, and an onsite security district officer for Titan Protection. He has proven expertise in developing security strategies, implementing physical safety policies, and training personnel on crisis response. Vernon has led significant investigations with critical response and continues to develop rapport with law enforcement and other official agencies.
