LANE4 Property Group is pleased to announce the purchase of three shopping centers throughout the Kansas City metro. In the past five months, LANE4 has added Fairway North Shopping Center (Kansas City, KS), Southgate Retail Center (Olathe, KS), and Santa Fe Square (Olathe, KS) to its portfolio. Each center was purchased individually and with different strategies in mind to maximize the centers’ potential.
“These three investments are all different in their own way but all represent fundamentally sound locations and reflect our strong belief in the neighborhood shopping center,” says Owen Buckley, President of LANE4.
