As Assistant Property Manager, Ben supports the management of 226,376 square feet of commercial property including neighborhood retail centers, office buildings, and outparcel land sites. Some of the notable LANE4 properties Ben assists with include Prairie Village Office Center and Red Bridge Shopping Center.
Ben joined LANE4 in 2025, coming from Occidental Management, where he served as an Event Specialist. This experience gives him a unique high-level perspective on property management, balancing strategic vision with the attention to detail necessary to foster authentic tenant relationships.
Ben’s altruism and optimism help him foster collaborative relationships, not only with tenants, but with colleagues.
When not at work, Ben enjoys cooking and making music, a skill he picked up during his college years.
