The Shops at Fairway

In 2009, LANE4 Property Group purchased a portfolio of three prominent neighborhood shopping centers in north Johnson County: Corinth Square, The Village, and The Shops at Fairway. LANE4 took on both the leasing and management of the portfolio, focusing on securing strategic new retail concepts, strong regional anchors, and beloved local businesses.

The Shops at Fairway are located at Shawnee Mission Parkway and Belinder in Fairway, KS, and are home to local retail and restaurant favorites. By focusing on creating places where local families could fulfill their daily needs while relaxing, dining, and socializing, each of the Landmark properties has secured its place in some of the Metro’s premiere locales.
