With his wide breadth of experience in the accounting and financial industry, Drew brings a unique and competitive approach to deal making. Drew began his career in commercial real estate at LANE4 in 2018 as Staff Accountant, transitioned to Senior Staff Accountant in 2021, then joined the brokerage team in 2022 as an Associate.
Drew currently focuses on project leasing, tenant representation, and assisting LANE4’s senior brokerage team on large scale leasing, acquisition, and development projects. Drew also provides third-party leasing services for over 280,000 SF of neighborhood retail centers across Kansas City owned by Baceline Group in Denver. Several of his active tenant rep clients include Kid’s Empire, Snooze, and Wingstop.
Along with his own clients, Drew coordinates his efforts with LANE4’s senior sales and brokerage team on large scale leasing and development projects.
When Drew isn’t spending time with his wife and new son, he’s either on the golf course, or watching the Chiefs, Royals, and college basketball.
