Senior Property Manager
Tina joined LANE4 as an Assistant Property Manager in 2015, transitioned to Property Manager in 2017, and now serves as Senior Property Manager. Today, she is an integral and invaluable part of the management team, overseeing her own assignments spanning 340,000+ SF, while providing substantial support to the management department.
She works closely with the entire property management staff to provide high quality service to her clients, tenants, and asset managers. Tina’s motivated attitude and strong work ethic allow her to quickly identify and implement problem solutions while maintaining positive relations with tenants, vendors, and property owners alike. Her history of strong customer service and relationship building combined with her swift problem solving have made her an indispensable member of the LANE4 team.
Tina manages some of LANE4’s premier assignments, including Santa Fe Square in Olathe, KS; the Village Office Center in Prairie Village, KS; Eastland Center in Independence, MO; Mission Crossing in Mission, KS, and Times Square Shopping Center in Overland Park, KS.
