KANSAS CITY, MO. – LANE4 Property Group is pleased to announce industry veterans Mike Levitan and Adam Abrams have joined the LANE4 team.

Mike and Adam both join LANE4 as Senior Vice Presidents after 15 successful and enjoyable years at the well-regarded AREA Real Estate Advisors. At LANE4, both Mike and Adam will specialize in tenant and landlord representation, real estate investment, development, consulting, and market analysis as well as acquisition and disposition services.

Mike Levitan began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 and is recognized as one of the foremost office brokers in the Kansas City area. His long list of clients includes The American Academy of Family Physicians, Dairy Farmers of America, Freightquote, Mariner Wealth Management, MVP Law, Opus, Parris Communications, and TEVA Neurosciences, among many others. Mike has completed countless transactions throughout his career, most notably a 200,000+ sf build-to-suit for Freightquote and 100,000+ sf build-to-suit projects for TEVA Neurosciences and Dairy Farmers of America. He was inducted into the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame in 2020. Mike also served on the Leawood, KS planning commission for seven years, and is an alumnus of the Leadership Overland Park program.

Adam Abrams brings over 17 years of commercial brokerage experience, specializing in office and medical leasing and landlord representation. Throughout his career, Adam has negotiated well over 500 real estate transactions. Some of his most notable clients include Saint Luke’s Hospital, CA Ventures, Sperry Commercial, Price Brothers, Olsson Associates, Stonecreek Properties, Edison District, and Onward Investors. He serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Kansas City CCIM Chapter and was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2017 and 2020. He sits on executive committees for both Ronald McDonald House and Kansas City Young Audiences, and is an alumnus of the Centurions Leadership Program. A Kansas City native, Adam has devoted his entire career to the betterment and economic development of the Kansas City metropolitan area.
