As Property Manager, Madilyn oversees her own portfolio of over 150,000 square feet of retail properties across Kansas City, while also assisting in the management of an additional 510,000 square feet, including neighborhood retail centers, outparcel land sites, and mixed-use developments. Some of her notable LANE4 properties include Hawthorne Plaza, Red Bridge Shopping Center, 39Rainbow, and State Line Shopping Center.
A dedicated team player with a gift for building strong relationships, Madilyn brings value to her properties by fostering connections with colleagues, tenants, vendors, and clients. Her natural organizational and project management skills ensure property operations run efficiently and on-budget.
Madilyn joined LANE4 in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property Manager in 2024. She began her commercial real estate career as a Property Administrator at Cushman & Wakefield in Kansas City.
When Madilyn’s not at work, she’s likely enjoying the outdoors by hiking or camping with her husband, trying out new restaurants to review on Google, or tackling DIY projects.
