Career Summary

Tom O’Leary has over 28 years of commercial real estate experience. He began his career with Leo Eisenberg Company, one of the largest shopping center developers in the country at the time. While at Eisenberg, Tom developed a niche in restaurant brokerage and site selection and was promoted to Director of Brokerage. Tom later joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (now DTZ) where he served as Vice President of Retail for nine years. While at CTMT, Tom expanded his brokerage practice to include office leasing, investment sales and tenant representation. In 2007 Tom joined LANE4 Property Group where he serves as a Senior Vice President.

Tom’s commercial brokerage experience includes tenant representation, leasing, investment sales, and consulting services.  Over the years, Tom has overseen the sale of over 2.5 million square feet of investment property, and assisted multiple companies such as AEI Funds and Agree Realty Corp. with the sale of excess assets.  In addition, Tom has represented multiple national clients including H&R Block, U.S. Bank, Popeye’s, Goodwill, Northern Tool and Equipment, and Quest Diagnostics to name a few. Recently, he played a lead role in the receivership of over one half million square feet of retail and office properties on behalf of CW Capital. Today, Tom continues to provide leasing services for CW Capital as well as other institutional owners.
