With a strong foundation in multifamily community management, Selena understands the vital role that positive relationships play in connecting tenants and ownership groups. Selena began her career in commercial real estate in 2025 as she joined LANE4 as an Assistant Property Manager. She currently assists the property management team in managing a portfolio of 972,000 SF of retail and office across Kansas City.
Known for her open communication with asset managers, tenants, and vendors, Selena takes a proactive approach to property management, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance operations, maximize property performance, and deliver value across her portfolio.
Outside of work, Selena enjoys spending time with her busy household, any opportunity to travel, taking her dogs to outside parks, and trying new food.
