As Property Manager, Cassie currently manages over 300,000 square feet of retail and office space and several extensive mixed-use development projects. She focuses on driving asset value through disciplined budgeting and process optimization, while delivering a responsive tenant and client experience.
Cassie joined LANE4 in 2025, bringing over a decade of extensive real estate experience to our management team. Over her career she has managed some of Kansas City’s most prominent office campuses, including the 4 million square feet Aspiria Campus, the 2 million square feet Corporate Woods and the South Kansas City GRMC office portfolios totaling 400,000 square feet.
Cassie is a proud KC native, and outside of work enjoys spending quality time with her close friends and family.
