Marketing and Communications Manager
Bailey joined LANE4 in 2019 as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, then transitioned to Marketing and Communications Manager in 2022. She is a multi-faceted marketing creative with experience in corporate communications, creative writing, graphic design and event planning. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing company-wide marketing, communication and brand strategies. She works directly with the brokerage team to coordinate marketing activities for all of LANE4’s clients, developments, and listing assignments.
Additionally, she works with LANE4’s ownership group to define and accomplish the company’s corporate goals in respect to brand management, advertising and promotion and media relations. She is also responsible for the company’s quarterly and annual publications and market research collateral. Bailey also has freelance branding strategy and design experience with several small businesses, aiding them in promoting their business more effectively and purposefully.
