Chase brings a strong financial background and aptness for deal making, where he focuses on acquisition opportunities, asset management, investment sales, and landlord and tenant representation. Collaborating with LANE4’s seasoned development team, he also assists in retail leasing for mixed-use projects.
Chase actively seeks investment opportunities to add to the LANE4 portfolio, helping with the acquisitions of Hawthorne Plaza, Times Square, and Northwood. He’s also been active in third party sales, including the disposition of the former A&A Auto in Midtown, and various neighborhood centers in Kansas City.
Chase currently provides third-party leasing services for over 330,000 SF of neighborhood retail centers across Kansas City. Several of his active tenant rep clients include Culver’s, Zoom Room, and Chick-In-Waffle.
Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Chase worked in the construction and engineering industry for Kiewit, specializing in financial and business analytics. As a Project Controller, Chase provided lead financial oversight for internal projects, including a $450M solar project, the largest in North America at the time.
Chase is a Kansas City native and grew up in Prairie Village; he has been an avid KU basketball, Chiefs and Royals fan since a young age and enjoys watching sports year-round.
