Emily joined LANE4 in 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property Manager in 2025. She oversees more than 1,000,000 SF of LANE4-managed and third-party properties, working closely with asset managers, tenants, and property owners to ensure satisfaction at every level. Emily also partners with a trusted network of vendors to deliver high-quality maintenance, service, and operations, ensuring properties run efficiently.
Before transitioning to the commercial real estate industry, Emily dedicated four years to the Olathe Public School District as a Certified Special Education Teacher. She possesses a unique talent for nurturing and establishing strong tenant and client relationships, making her an invaluable asset to the management team.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys being an active dog mom, playing pickleball, trying the newest restaurants in Kansas City, and spending quality time with her husband, friends and family.
